Welcome to Money Bells, a SEBI-registered Research Analyst. As mandated by SEBI, we present the following Most Important Terms and Conditions (MITC) to ensure transparency and protect your interests as a valued client.

1. Scope of Services

These Terms and Conditions apply to all research services provided by Money Bells Global Research Services Pvt. Ltd. (“Money Bells”).
As per SEBI (Research Analyst) Regulations, 2014, the Research Analyst cannot execute or carry out any trade (purchase/sell transaction) on behalf of the client.
Clients are strictly advised not to permit the Research Analyst to execute any trade or transaction on their behalf.

2. Fee Limits and Applicable Regulations
  • The fee charged by the Research Analyst shall be subject to the maximum limit prescribed by SEBI and the Research Analyst Administration and Supervisory Body (RAASB) from time to time (for individual and HUF clients).
  • Current limit: ₹1,51,000 per annum per family of the client for all research services combined.
  • The above fee does not include statutory taxes or charges.
  • The prescribed fee limits do not apply to non-individual clients or accredited investors.
3. Fee Collection and Refund Policy
  • Money Bells may charge fees in advance, if mutually agreed with the client.
  • The advance fee shall not exceed one year (Twelve months) of the total agreed fees.
  • In case of premature termination of the services by either party, the client shall be entitled to a proportionate refund for the unexpired period of service.
4. Mode of Payment
  • Fees must be paid only through permissible banking channels such as cheque, online transfer, UPI, or other traceable modes.
  • Cash payments are strictly prohibited.
  • Clients also have the option to make payments via the Centralized Fee Collection Mechanism (CeFCoM) managed by BSE Limited, the currently recognized RAASB.
5. Conflict of Interest Disclosure
  • Money Bells strictly adheres to SEBI and RAASB regulations relating to disclosure and mitigation of actual or potential conflicts of interest.
  • If any such conflict arises that may affect the research service or objectivity, Money Bells shall promptly inform the client in writing.
6. Prohibition on Assured or Guaranteed Returns
  • Any assured / guaranteed / fixed return schemes or similar arrangements are prohibited by law.
  • Money Bells does not offer any scheme or service guaranteeing profits or fixed returns.
7. No Guarantee of Performance or Accuracy
  • Money Bells does not guarantee profits, accuracy, or risk-free returns.
  • All opinions, projections, and recommendations are prepared based on available data and reasonable assumptions as of the publication date.
  • You may also escalate unresolved complaints via SEBI SCORES
8. Market Risk Disclaimer
  • Investments made based on research recommendations are subject to market risks.
  • Money Bells or its representatives cannot be held liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance on such research.
  • Clients are expected to make independent investment decisions after evaluating the research reports.
9. Registration & Certification Disclaimer
  • The SEBI registration, enlistment with RAASB, and NISM certification of the Research Analyst do not guarantee performance or returns of any kind.
10. Grievance Redressal & Dispute Resolution
Step 1 – Contact Money Bells Directly
Clients should first raise their grievance through any of the following official channels of Money Bells Global Research Services Pvt. Ltd.:

Money Bells will acknowledge every complaint and aim to provide a resolution within the timelines prescribed by SEBI.

Step 2 – SEBI SCORES Portal
If the client is not satisfied with the response received from Money Bells, they may escalate the matter to SEBI through its SCORES (“SEBI Complaints Redress System”) portal:

11. Client Information Updates
  • Clients must ensure that their contact details (email ID, phone number, address) are accurate and up to date with Money Bells at all times to ensure timely communication.
12. Confidentiality & Security
  • Money Bells will never request login credentials, OTPs, or passwords of the client’s trading, demat, or bank accounts.
  • Clients should never share such confidential details with any individual claiming to represent Money Bells.
13. Compliance Commitment
  • Money Bells is committed to full compliance with the SEBI (Research Analyst) Regulations, 2014, all SEBI circulars, and RAASB directions, ensuring transparency, client protection, and integrity in every research activity.
